Our clients here are keen cooks and love entertaining their friends and family was our brief to this project, they wanted a luxurious space where they could enjoy making and preparing food for their guests to enjoy.
We came up with this twin island design to give endless amounts of serving and preparation surface, a separate meat, and fish preparation sink, along with the 1800 wide Lacanche range cooker and 2 Fisher & Paykel fridge freezers giving huge amount of cold storage.
The Details
Bespoke hand painted kitchen furniture with beaded frames and lambs tongue door profiles, dental crown cornice mouldings with trimmed pilasters.
Armac Martin - Withenshaw knobs and pull handles in Satin antique satin finish along with solid brass butt hinges.
Villeroy & Boch Farmhouse Island sink and Franke Kubus stainless steel meat prep sink
Perrin & Rowe Parthian hot tap, Mini Filtration tap and Athenian 3 hole mixer in Aged Brass is a raw finish which is unlacquered and naturally changes with use to create a lovely, tarnished look.
Luxurious Lacanche 1800 Flavigny range cooker in Ivory paint finish with Nickel handles and trim, and 2 powerful Westin Cache extractors to keep the air clean.
2 x Fisher & Paykel fridge freezers elegantly sitting flush inside the bespoke cabinetry
50mm thick Cosentino Sensa Taj Mahal quartz worktops with beautiful double profile edge detailing, full splashbacks behind the Lacanche ranges cooker, upstands and windowsills blending in as one.
Solid oak dining table and breakfast table in luxurious dark stained finish with hand turned pilasters all made in our workshops.
Feature antique segmented mirror, made by ourselves to added warmth and depth to the wall trimmed in the same stained dark oak as the tables and chairs.
